A family consultant will speak with you at your Early Neutral Consultation® (ENC) about your unique family circumstances and the range of resources that are available to you.
We will give you the knowledge you need to help you choose the right pathway for you and your family, to navigate your separation process, and to choose to stay out of court.
After your ENC with us, you will then be empowered to choose your pathway and any team of professionals such as a mediator, family and financial specialists, and family lawyers (if you have not already done so).
Family Law Pathways Centre® is independent from other organisations. You can help us in the important work of building strong family law communities by telling your professional team that you have come through the Early Neutral Consultation process.
